Robo 3D Inc (“Company,” “Robo,” “us,” “our,” and/or “we“) is committed to protecting the privacy of our Users (“Users,” “you,” and/or “your”). The Robo Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to our websites ("Sites"), including www.robo3d.com, our support site, our online store, our community forum and our services ("Services") including our mobile apps, our Robo Desktop App, and Robo 3D printers. We have prepared the Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from Users of our Sites and Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in the Robo Terms of Service located here. By using and accessing the Sites and Services, you consent and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into the Robo Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time by posting a new version online. You should check this page occasionally to review any changes. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the site and we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Data, you must notify us immediately. Continued use of our Sites or Services, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
We collect both Personal Data and non-personal data, such as Anonymous Data, about our Users. “Personal Data” means data that you voluntarily submit to us and that allows someone to identify or contact you, such as your full name, address, telephone number, email address, phone number, payment method, profile pictures, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. Personal Data may further include your IP address. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. Anonymous Data includes passively collected information about your activities on the Site or on the Services or using our Software, such as usage data, to the extent that information is not linked to your Personal Information. Anonymous Data may include data about your computer and your visits to the Sites such as geographic location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.
INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN
The Site, Services, or rest of the Robo are not intended for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly or intentionally gather, use, or disclose Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. By using this site or any services provided by Robo, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site or any services provided by Robo.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We may collect Personal Data from you, such as your full name, gender, email and mailing addresses, professional title, company name, your industry, profile photo and password when you create a Company Account. We retain information on your behalf, such as order history, wish lists, other files and messages that you store using your Company Account. If you provide us feedback or contact us via email for any purpose, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, such as a product serial number. We may collect Personal Data from you when you interact with our employees or contractors. Additionally, we may monitor and record phone calls, video calls, emails, live chats, or other communications between you, your device, and our employees or contractors. When you participate in one or more activities through our Sites and Services or directed at our official social media handles, including, but not limited to, our surveys, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, and educational or training classes, we may collect the additional information provided by you for such participation. When you post messages or other content on our Site, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and other users will be able to see it, including in commercial contexts. For example, we collect the profile name and profile photo you may post to the Sites, and actions you take on our Sites or on third-party applications connected to your Company Account through the use of our Services. We also collect other types of Personal Data that you provide to us voluntarily, such as your operating system and version, product registration number, and other requested information if you contact us regarding support for the Services. We may also collect Personal Data, such as at other points in our Site that state that Personal Data is being collected.
WE NEVER SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION

USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
If you make a purchase via the Services, you will be required to provide certain billing data to process and fulfill the purchase. We use credit card information soley to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We may use the products and services of third party service provides to process and fulfill such purchases, in which case you will be providing the information to such third party services providers as well.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Sites on our behalf and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. Examples may include removing repetitive information from prospect lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These third parties have only limited access to your information, may use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to us not to disclose or use your information for other purposes. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
To make our Site and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, log files, device and usage data, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, unique system/hardware identifier, a date/time stamp for your visit and/or any other unique attributes that are available to us via your use of our Sites, Services, and technology. We also use cookies and URL information to gather information regarding your visit to our Sites, among other things we collect the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and which you viewed. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to identify you and among other things provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site and Services. We may collect and store details of how you use our Services, including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevancy of results provided by our services. We may collect certain usage statistics (the “Usage Statistics“). The Usage Statistics may include, but are not limited to date and time of action (such as, for example, when you print a file, purchase a product or browse the Sites), type of action, any parameters associated with the type of action, your IP address, and your user ID.
Robo may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc (“Google”) or any other analytics services. Google Analytics or other analytics services use cookies and text files, which may be stored on your computer or other device. These cookies collect anonymous traffic data and/or Personal Data that allows for an analysis of your usage of the Robo services.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In general, we use your Personal Data to administer and improve the Sites and Services, to track your movement around the Sites, to protect Robo and our Users. Personal Data may either be used to respond to your requests, and to offer more personally tailored content and services. For example, some of the Personal Data we collect may be used so that when you visit the Site or use the Services again, it will recognize you and could provide you more relevant content suggestions, customized search results, or other information appropriate to your interests. We disclose your Personal Data as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. (A) INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Information shared publicly may be made available via the Application. For example, the Developer may get information about your User Content and/or your public profile. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (as described below), Company may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Company; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Company or users of the Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or Terms of Use.
THIRD PARTY DATA COLLECTION
(A) INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO AD NETWORKS. We may use third-party advertising companies services to serve and show you ads when you visit our Site and on other websites. These companies may collect and use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services to you. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Company is committed to protecting the security and assumes no responsibility or liability for damages incurred by unauthorized access to your Personal Data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When sensitive Personal Data (such as credit card information) is collected in our store, it is protected by our third party e-commerce provider.We also require you to enter a password to access your Company Account information. Please do not disclose your Company Account password to unauthorized people. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.
