Robo R1+ Standard Warranty
THIS STANDARD WARRANTY
(the “Warranty”) applies to a new Robo R1+ (the "Product") sold by Robo 3D Inc (Robo) or a current authorized reseller of Robo Products (collectively "Authorized Party") within the United States.1. STANDARD WARRANTY.
Robo represents and warrants to the first end-user ("End-User") of the Product that the Product shall materially conform to Robo's published specifications in the user manual, subject to the terms and conditions below.2. WARRANTY PERIOD.
The Warranty Period for a new Robo R1+: SIX (6) months from the date a new Robo R1+ is first delivered to the End-User after being purchased (“Warranty Period”).3.WHAT IS COVERED.
The Standard Warranty provides support from Robo ("Support") as well as replacement parts and shipping costs during the Warranty Period. Customers will be covered for up to three (3) incidents in the Warranty Period on any major component(s) due to manufacturing defects of components or workmanship. An "incident" means that a Customer either receives (a) a replacement part from Robo or (b) mail-in, physical service on a Product performed by Robo. Major components consist of motherboards, hotends, power supplies, cables and wire harnesses, motors and mechanical components.4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED.
The Warranty does not cover the following consumable parts: filament, Robo Build Plate Tape/Adhesion. The Warranty does not cover any damage due to liquid. The Warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse, neglect or misuse, extreme environment, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, or electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of Robo. The Warranty does not cover a Product with an altered or removed serial name, or a lost/stolen Product. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from hardware, software, or firmware modifications to the Product by Customer. The Warranty does not cover accessory parts. Robo is not responsible for damage arising from end-user error and failure to follow instructions relating to Product’s use.5. FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE VALID.
(I) notification must be made before the end of the Warranty Period, as defined below; (ii) must accompany customer logs and/or any other documentation if requested by Robo; and (iii) must be substantiated with the original proof of purchase from an Authorized Party, including the serial name or number of the Product(s); (iv) customer must first attempt to have issue resolved through customer service; (v) RMA must be obtained if a return is required; (vi) Product was newly manufactured on the date of purchase and not sold as used or refurbished.6. CLAIM HANDLING.
(I) the remedy shall be repair or replacement of the non-conforming hardware product or non-conforming part(s) of a hardware product by Robo or its authorized representative as solely determined by Robo or its authorized representative; (ii) Robo shall bear the cost of repair and/or replacement and the shipping costs incurred therein provided, however, that the return is authorized via an RMA number and return instructions are followed; (iii) replacement parts or Products will either be new or refurbished and will be furnished on an exchange basis. If customer sends in 3D printer to repair for warranty, customer is responsible for the shipping box. If customer does not have the original shipping box, the customer will have to obtain a box and package the 3D printer properly to send back to the company. If defective parts or Products are not returned, Robo shall bill for the unreturned hardware. All replaced parts and Products become property of Robo. Consumable parts not covered are: Robo filament, and Robo build plate tape/adhesion. ("Consumables", defined as disposable items, parts or components of the Product which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of the Product).(E) EXCLUSIONS.
The Standard Warranty obligations do not cover physical damage sustained from improper handling during shipping. The Standard Warranty shall be voided if alleged Product failure was caused in whole or part by (I) improperly or incorrectly performed modifications, alterations, or repair; (ii)unusual physical or electrical stress; (iii) abuse, misuse, accident, neglect; (iv) exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of Robo; (v) not adhering to Robo's recommended maintenance procedures or failure to comply with Product instructions and/or documentation; (vi) to the extent allowed by applicable law, the Product has been removed from the country or region where it was originally sold by Robo or its designated representative. No coverage under the Standard Warranty will exist if Robo was not notified of the alleged defect or malfunction prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period. Robo shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any alleged defect at its sole discretion.(F) HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE.

TERMS OF SERVICE.
Your Robo Gold Warranty Coverage for a Robo R2 (the "Product") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and constitutes the service contract (the "Contract") between Robo 3D Inc ("Robo") and you ("Customer"). The Robo Gold Warranty Coverage (the "Plan") is additional to the coverage provided by the Standard Warranty provided by Robo.1.CONTRACT TERM.
The Robo Gold Warranty Coverage covers a period of two (2) years ("Coverage Period") from the delivery date or retail store purchase date as shown on Customer's shipping confirmation or receipt, respectively. Customers who elect to purchase the Robo Gold Warranty Coverage through financing must have a Coverage Period that matches their lease term.- Robo Gold Warranty Coverage is linked to the serial name of your Product found on the packaging, as well as on the Product. Every Customer is required to activate the Gold Warranty using the serial name of the Product.
- Robo Gold Warranty only covers one (1) new Product and cannot be a refurbished Product.
- Robo Gold Warranty may not be resold and is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless Product is returned in accordance with the Return Policy, in which case the cost of the Gold Warranty is refundable.
- Robo Gold Warranty is available only in all of the 50 United States.
2.WHAT IS COVERED.
Scope.
The Plan provides unlimited support from Robo ("Support") as well as replacement parts and return shipping due to normal wear and tear and accidental damage during the Coverage Period, subject to the following limitations:- Customers will be covered for a total of up to four (4) incidents under the Plan per year in a Coverage Period. An "incident" means that a Customer either receives (a) a replacement part from Robo or (b) mail-in, physical service on a Product performed by Robo.

3. OBTAINING SERVICE.
The original purchaser of the Product and Plan must initiate contact with Support to submit a support case. Support determines course of action. The decision to issue replacement parts or have Product or parts of Product returned for servicing is at Support's discretion. If replacement parts are deemed necessary, Support will coordinate shipment to you. If replacement parts are deemed unnecessary by Support, Customer may purchase a replacement part at cost. For service requiring return of Product or parts of Product, Support will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Number to Customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Robo will cover shipping both ways once an RMA has been issued, but Support will choose and pay for method of return shipment to customer. CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to the choice-of-law principles thereof that would result in the application of the laws of a State other than California. Any dispute between the parties arising under or relating to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court for the State of California. A printed version of these Terms will be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage: Robo R2
TERMS OF SERVICE.
Your Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage for a Robo R2 (the "Product") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and constitutes the service contract (the "Contract") between Robo 3D Inc ("Robo") and you ("Customer"). The Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage (the "Plan") is additional to the coverage provided by the Standard Warranty provided by Robo.1.CONTRACT TERM.
The Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage covers a period of three (3) years ("Coverage Period") from the delivery date or retail store purchase date as shown on Customer's shipping confirmation or receipt, respectively. Customers who elect to purchase the Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage through financing must have a Coverage Period that matches their lease term.- Robo Platinum Warranty Coverage is linked to the serial name of your Product found on the packaging, as well as on the Product. Every Customer is required to activate the Platinum Warranty using the serial name of the Product.
- Robo Platinum Warranty only covers one (1) new Product and cannot be a refurbished Product.
- Robo Platinum Warranty may not be resold and is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless Product is returned in accordance with the Return Policy, in which case the cost of the Platinum Warranty is refundable.
- Robo Platinum Warranty is available only in all of the 50 United States.
2.WHAT IS COVERED.
Scope.
The Plan provides unlimited support from Robo ("Support") as well as replacement parts and return shipping due to normal wear and tear and accidental damage during the Coverage Period, subject to the following limitations:- Customers will be covered for a total of up to four (4) incidents under the Plan per year in a Coverage Period. An "incident" means that a Customer either receives (a) a replacement part from Robo or (b) mail-in, physical service on a Product performed by Robo.

THIS STANDARD WARRANTY
(the “Warranty”) applies to a new Robo E3 (the "Product") sold by Robo 3D Inc (Robo) or a current authorized reseller of Robo Products (collectively "Authorized Party") within the United States.1. STANDARD WARRANTY.
Robo represents and warrants to the first end-user ("End-User") of the Product that the Product shall materially conform to Robo's published specifications in the user manual, subject to the terms and conditions below.2. WARRANTY PERIOD.
The Warranty Period for a new Robo E3: TWENTY FOUR (24) months from the date a new Robo E3 is first delivered to the End-User after being purchased (“Warranty Period”).3. WHAT IS COVERED.
The Standard Warranty provides support from Robo ("Support") as well as replacement parts and shipping costs during the Warranty Period. Customers will be covered for up to three (3) incidents in the Warranty Period on any major component(s) due to manufacturing defects of components or workmanship. An "incident" means that a Customer either receives (a) a replacement part from Robo or (b) mail-in, physical service on a Product performed by Robo. (I) notification must be made before the end of the Warranty Period, as defined below; (ii) must accompany customer logs and/or any other documentation if requested by Robo; and (iii) must be substantiated with the original proof of purchase from an Authorized Party, including the serial name or number of the Product(s); (iv) customer must first attempt to have issue resolved through customer service; (v) RMA must be obtained if a return is required; (vi) Product was newly manufactured on the date of purchase and not sold as used or refurbished.6. CLAIM HANDLING.
(I) the remedy shall be repair or replacement of the non-conforming hardware product or non-conforming part(s) of a hardware product by Robo or its authorized representative as solely determined by Robo or its authorized representative; (ii) Robo shall bear the cost of repair and/or replacement and the shipping costs incurred therein provided, however, that the return is authorized via an RMA number and return instructions are followed; (iii) replacement parts or Products will either be new or refurbished and will be furnished on an exchange basis. If customer sends in 3D printer to repair for warranty, customer is responsible for the shipping box. If customer does not have the original shipping box, the customer will have to obtain a box and package the 3D printer properly to send back to the company. If defective parts or Products are not returned, Robo shall bill for the unreturned hardware. All replaced parts and Products become property of Robo. Consumable parts not covered are: Robo filament, and Robo build plate tape/adhesion. ("Consumables", defined as disposable items, parts or components of the Product which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of the Product).(E) EXCLUSIONS.
The Standard Warranty obligations do not cover physical damage sustained from improper handling during shipping. The Standard Warranty shall be voided if alleged Product failure was caused in whole or part by (I) improperly or incorrectly performed modifications, alterations, or repair; (ii)unusual physical or electrical stress; (iii) abuse, misuse, accident, neglect; (iv) exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of Robo; (v) not adhering to Robo's recommended maintenance procedures or failure to comply with Product instructions and/or documentation; (vi) to the extent allowed by applicable law, the Product has been removed from the country or region where it was originally sold by Robo or its designated representative. No coverage under the Standard Warranty will exist if Robo was not notified of the alleged defect or malfunction prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period. Customers who elect to purchase the Robo Gold Warranty Coverage through financing must have a Coverage Period that matches their lease term.
- Robo E3 Warranty Coverage is linked to the serial name of your Product found on the packaging, as well as on the Product. Every Customer is required to activate the Gold Warranty using the serial name of the Product.
- Robo E3 Warranty only covers one (1) new Product and cannot be a refurbished Product.
- Robo E3 Warranty may not be resold and is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless Product is returned in accordance with the Return Policy, in which case the cost of the Gold Warranty is refundable.
- Robo E3 Warranty is available only in all of the 50 United States.
2.WHAT IS COVERED
Scope.
The Plan provides unlimited support from Robo ("Support") as well as replacement parts and return shipping due to normal wear and tear and accidental damage during the Coverage Period, subject to the following limitations:- Customers will be covered for a total of up to four (4) incidents under the Plan per year in a Coverage Period. An "incident" means that a Customer either receives (a) a replacement part from Robo or (b) mail-in, physical service on a Product performed by Robo.
- Accidental damage only includes a broken build plate (preventing the Customer from printing), a scratched build plate from print removal, a misaligned gantry from the initial shipping of Product from Robo to the Customer, and a broken or clogged hotend.
- The Plan will cover the following non-consumable parts: motherboards, hotends, touch displays, power supplies, cables and wire harnesses, motors and mechanical components.
Exclusions and Limitations.
The Plan does not cover the following consumable parts: filament, Robo Build Plate Tape/Adhesion. The Plan does not cover any damage due to liquid. The Plan does not cover any damage due to abuse, neglect or misuse, extreme environment, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, or electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of Robo. The Plan does not cover a Product with an altered or removed serial name, or a lost/stolen Product. The Plan does not cover damage resulting from hardware, software, or firmware modifications to the Product by Customer. The Plan does not cover accessory parts.
3. OBTAINING SERVICE.
The original purchaser of the Product and Plan must initiate contact with Support to submit a support case. Support determines course of action. The decision to issue replacement parts or have Product or parts of Product returned for servicing is at Support's discretion. If replacement parts are deemed necessary, Support will coordinate shipment to you. If replacement parts are deemed unnecessary by Support, Customer may purchase a replacement part at cost. For service requiring return of Product or parts of Product, Support will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Number to Customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Robo will cover shipping both ways once an RMA has been issued, but Support will choose and pay for method of return shipment to customer. If Customer requests expedited shipping, it will be arranged by Robo at an additional fee to be pre-paid by Customer.4. PRIVACY; USER INFORMATION.
Other than personally identifiable information, which is subject to the Privacy Policy of www.robo3d.com (the "Website"), any material, information, suggestions, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, questions, comments or other communication you transmit in any manner ("Communications") is and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We and our respective affiliates and our or their designees may use any or all Communications for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, development, manufacturing and/or marketing in any manner whatsoever for any or all commercial or non-commercial purposes. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or review any Communications. We will have no obligation to use, return, review, or respond to any Communications. We will have no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether or not arising under the lays of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. We retain the right to remove any or all Communications that includes any material we deem inappropriate or unacceptable.5. DISCLAIMERS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER ROBO NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OR TERMS OR CONDITIONS RELATED THERETO UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY FOR (A) LOSS OR INACCURACY OF DATA OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY, OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES AND LOSS OF PROFITS.
